My first attempt at a whole chicken in the slow cooker. I am nervous leaving this thing on all day at home, but quite frankly, I run the dishwasher when I am not there, and well... the fridge is plugged in all the time, right?
So, this better be good, 'cause I have been thinking about it all day!
